Up out of the gate as expected but now WSJ is reporting that the trade meeting is concluding. There is no deal, that cabinet level representatives will meet in late January. Still issues to work out (obviously). The market is a bit disappointed after this morning's tweet, and while still nicely positive, are giving back the early rush upside -- just a bit. Will see how this plays out and if we get some better entries out of it.
